01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the b999 website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and b999.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the b999 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use b999, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. b999 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as an agent of another person.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended b999 account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close associate of b999 or any of its affiliated partners.

b999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restriction or closure. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold only one b999 account. If duplicate accounts are identified — whether registered from the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method or the same household — b999 may suspend all associated accounts pending review. Any winnings generated from a secondary account may be voided.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. This means:

• Choosing a strong password and not reusing it across other platforms.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other person.
• Logging out from shared or public devices after each session.
• Contacting b999 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

b999 is not responsible for losses that result from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as notified by b999 from time to time.

04 Deposits & Payments

b999 accepts deposits in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other payment methods listed on the deposit page at any given time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in account restriction. b999 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if there is any suspicion that the payment was made from a third-party source.

Deposits are typically credited to your b999 balance in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. In the rare event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference number. b999 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for certain transaction types.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in PKR. You cannot request a withdrawal to a different account or a different payment provider than the one you deposited from. This policy exists to protect players and prevent fraudulent activity.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully completed. Funds held in your bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering conditions are met — the status of which is always visible in your account dashboard.

b999 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are completed within a short period of request approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. b999 does not apply withdrawal fees on its end, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their standard transfer fees.

b999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving large withdrawals. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your account. Requested documents must be provided within the timeframe stated in the verification request, or the withdrawal may be placed on hold.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers made available on b999 are subject to the specific terms listed on the Promotions page. General rules that apply across all promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• b999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Betting on all outcomes of an event to artificially fulfil wagering requirements (commonly known as bonus abuse or arbitrage play) will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
• Certain games may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. This is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

b999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or permanently remove any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and are actively meeting the requirements of an ongoing promotion will not be affected mid-way through that specific offer.

07 Sports Betting Rules

b999 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across Cricket, Football, Tennis, Esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement. Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• If an event is postponed and not rescheduled within a 24-hour window, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are subject to live data feeds. b999 takes reasonable steps to ensure odds accuracy, but reserves the right to void bets placed during obvious data feed errors or system glitches.
• For cricket matches including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — if a match is abandoned due to weather or other circumstances, settled bets will follow the official result declared by the governing body. If no official result is declared, stakes are returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the bet recalculates with the remaining selections.

b999 reserves the right to restrict certain markets, reduce bet limits or suspend a player's betting activity if unusual patterns suggesting match manipulation or coordinated abuse are detected. Any winnings derived from bets placed in bad faith will be voided.

08 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on b999 are provided by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are independently tested. b999 does not alter game logic, RTP or payout settings beyond what the provider publishes.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the system once your connection is restored. Your balance will be updated to reflect the outcome of that round. If a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side error, the bet for that round will be voided and your stake returned.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average across a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. Players should treat all casino games as entertainment, not as a reliable income source.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on b999 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture or permanent closure depending on severity:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating duplicate accounts.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or data feed glitches to generate illegitimate profit.

• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you or attempting to process payments through third parties.

11 Limitation of Liability

b999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

b999 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or device malfunctions.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• Indirect, consequential or economic losses of any kind beyond the direct monetary value of funds held in your account at the time of any verified platform error.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.

In all cases, b999's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the issue occurred. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

b999 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform or by the contact details associated with their account. The updated terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the b999 platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
